Warehouse / Office Design
I like the one on the top left. Totally what i envision it to be..haha..spacious with very high
ceiling and there is a second level.
This is is not really a warehouse but i like the high ceiling and the space.
It is kinda diffiicult to find such images online. Maybe it is not widely done yet which is good. Haha...we can set trend.

God is enlarging my vision
Hello!
I am so excited about the future. God is enlarging my vision, the vision of my future and what i will become. Ideas are coming in, just need time for it to materialize. Take it one step at a time and with God's favor anything is possible.
Me and Peiru were talking about owning a warehouse next time and convert it into an office/home. It will be a place with high ceiling, conducive work environment, open workspace, with facilities and amenities much like Google. Though i don't want to appear as a copy cat but i think such concept is going to stay in the future. It is the new age business models whereby entrepreneurs or companies no longer uses suites and ties to appear professional but by the their fruits of their work ie. results.
The warehouse will be our home before having children! Employees working in the warehouse will get inspiration from the nice working environment. Everyone will be effective and happy. Haha..
Big dream indeed. As Jesus said, " believe it and you shall receive"

Keeping the Faith
Dear Che,
Keeping the Faith is really not easy. Not easy to be sure of something you can't see. Sometimes you hear the good news and you feel like you can conquer the world. However, after a few days when you met with circumstances which test your faith, your belief is shaken.
It is not easy to remind yourself that you are the child of God and you are pre-programmed to for victory. The cares of this world are so strong and affects us in everyway.
I guess this is what faith is. You have to believe it without seeing in the first place. Believe in what you can do and will be, even before being able to do it and achieve it.
Easier said than done, but i will be able do through faith.

Working in MOF as intern..is it a good idea?
Hey Che,
Do you think it is a good idea working in MOF as a personal assistant with internship pay?
Dad called yesterday and he seemed to be a bit unhappy. Maybe i am thinking too much. He ask me to claim the International Driving Permit fees from MOF which i think it quite hard to do. The feeling i get is that he thinks i am always being shortchanged whenever i go and not making money for myself. Like i say maybe i think too much.
I mean the reason why i want to join MOF is because i am working directly under the CEO which means i will learn a lot from her in terms of managing a F&B business. So i am not really concern about the pay as long as they don't pay me too little.I am more concern about the experience i will get, which i think i will.
Do you think i am shortchanging myself? Do you think i am dumb? Like i told you before, if i want to make money i won't work for MOF. Moreover, i always believe such things are investment. I need to gather enough experience in order to earn big bucks next time.
I really hope i am doing the right thing and making the right decision. I know God thinks i am right coz he was the one who gave me this opportunity in the first place.
Just a thought i have at this moment. Would be great if i can hear your views :)

This is another sermon i recommend by Joel Osteen about having the right image on the inside.

Indeed this is God's promises for us. I was uplifted when i heard this sermon and felt so blessed when i realised that i come from the bloodline of champions, i have the DNA from our heavenly Father.
Sometimes, i think we Asians are too modest in our behaviour. Due to our culture, we disqualify ourselves from God's blessings by being too modest, by not asking God for big favors, big dreams. God has equipped us with all the talents we need to achieve good success in life. We have potential that has yet to be realised and genes waiting to be activated. Start asking God for bigger favors, He will give. In fact, He likes us to ask. Jesus said "seek and you shall find, ask and it shall be given, knock and the doors will be open". We must really start knowing this truth about ourselves.
Therefore, my dreams of setting up Vox will materialized. It will have presence in various industries, it will be BIG, it will have good employees and it will achieve great things :) hehe..i am believing God for big things right..might as well.
Woohoo! I will live my life knowing that i am a child of God, i will fulfill my God given destiny.

You know che, i listened to this sermon about a month back and so many things have happened. Things that others might call as luck, coincidental i now know it's not. It is the favor of God. Our dreams and abilities are only limited by how much we believe God for.
I guess after knowing that we are a victor and not a victim, we will lead life in a positive manner, not blaming ourselves for any lack because our talent is already there. We are equipped with everything to achieve success. If we don't see it presently it is because our talent is dormant. The time will come when the talent is activated.
"Your eyes saw my unformed substance, and all my days were written in your book before one of them came to be" Psalm 139:16
